PhD student at the Department of Chemistry and Biomedical Engineering, Chattogram University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh, with more than 10 years of experience in molecular biology and clinical biochemistry. MS in Biotechnology (North South University, Bangladesh) and BSc (Hons.) in Biochemistry and Biotechnology (University of Science & Technology Chittagong, USTC). Currently working at the NGS and Molecular Biology Laboratory, Poultry Research and Training Centre (PRTC), CVASU. Expert in NGS data analysis, R programming, Linux-based bioinformatics, and molecular diagnostics. Research interests include genomics, proteomics , biomarker discovery, and development of wearable non-invasive diagnostic devices for early disease detection.
