Mohammad Nazmul Islam is an Assistant Professor and researcher in the Department of Pharmacy at the International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC). His expertise spans Phytopharmacology, Pharmacology, Neuropharmacology, and Molecular Biology. Mr. Islam completed his Master of Philosophy from Jahangirnagar University, M. Pharm (Thesis) from the State University of Bangladesh and earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy from the International Islamic University Chittagong, Bangladesh. He is a Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh. He is the recipient of the Vice-Chancellor’s Best Research Award (Science, 2022) and has been consistently listed among IIUC’s Top Researchers in Scopus (2020–2022). He has also received Excellent Reviewer Recognition from Web of Science, serves as a peer reviewer for over 25 leading international journals, and is a Brand Ambassador for Bentham Science Publishers Ltd., UAE. Mr. Islam has authored or co-authored 50+ peer-reviewed publications, secured 5+ competitive research grants, and supervised 30+ undergraduate thesis projects. His research impact is reflected in 2000+ Google Scholar citations, 1500+ Scopus citations, and 1000+ Web of Science citations.
